Dear Gurus, I am a Singaporean and my wife is foreigner, we have a Singaporean Child. My income is $1500 basic and $1500-$2000 in comms. My wife's income is around $1500. We would like to get a resale 3-room flat, please advise how we can do it in terms of financing and also if the flat is more than 40 years, how would it affect us.
