Dear Guru,

What is the current selling price for a 1346 Sqft, 3 BRM, Mid Floor, Katong view apartment at Esta? Is it possible to get $1.75M? I am also willing to lease back the place from the buyer for 2 yrs at the going market price. I am in no hurry and can wait for the right price.

Being active in ESTA's neighbourhood for more than a while now, I'd like to advise that a $1200psf-$1250psf closing price for your unit is very achievable ... based on recent transaction records & more significantly, your exact floor (how close to #10) & exact stack (03 or 04? 18 or 19?)
