Hi,

For upgrading to EC, there are still some ECs that require no resale levy. For BTO, definitely resale levy is payable, and since its 5-room Hdb, levy will be $45K.

Thus you may want to consider EC. Are there any particular ECs locations you are keen on? Thanks and hope to discuss further and assist.

Afternoon Mr. Wu,

The levy payable is $45k cash for your second BTO unit. For EC application, some projects might not require you to pay the levy.
