Dear Guru, we are SC and had lived in a >10yr HDB flat which bought new 1st time. Two years ago, we sold it and moved to pte condo which is registered under my name as sole-owner. Q: Can my wife apply a new BTO/EC, together with my children who are >21year-old?

Hi Mr and Mrs Yong,
I'm sorry, you cannot apply new BTO/EC unless the applicants fulfill HDB requirements

With reference to your question above i'm afraid you cannot do that. Husband n wife is deemed to be as "One" hence in HDB purchase the other party must come in as well. =)
