Dear Guru, my family is currently applying for HDB mortgage loan.My brother is 30 years old and we are buying a 4room flat. The application form that was mailed to us from HDB stated both my brother and father as applicants. My dad's wish is to let my bro be the sole payer of the house. May I ask if its possible for my bro to become the only applicant for the loan while my dad becomes the occupient or its a necessity for my dad to be an applicant as well and share the burden of paying the loan.
