Dear Guru,

My dad wish to include my name into his flat (doesnt not own any HDB flat currenty) fom transfer ownership, when my name included in his flat, do both of us need to fulfill MOP?

Afternoon Nick,

The MOP requirement will be restarted after the transfer of ownership have being completed. It would be good for both of you to consider this action as it may affect you should you opt to purchase residential unit in the future.
