Hi Adam Yes, as long as you have fulfilled the MOP of staying 5 years in HDB, and after buying a condo you are eligible to rent out the HDB unit. But do note that if you are currently servicing the loan for the HDB, you will only be able to get less than 80% for the second property, and also the buyer stamp duty of 7% +3% being the second property.
