It would not be possible, as 2 SPR must form a family nucleus and have been approved SPR for more than 3 years in order to buy a resale flat.

The other option to solve your housing needs is to look at buying a private unit.

(1) Husband & wife
(2) Fiance & Fiancee
(3) Parent/s with child/ren

Thus your condition does not meet any of the above requirement.
