Dear Guru, I'm E pass holder and my sister is PR. Are we eligible to buy HDB resale flat?

Hi Ms Rebecca,

Both of you are not eligible to buy a resale HDB flat.
Even if both of you are PR, still not eligible to buy as HDB flat.
