Dear Guru, I may not address the question clearly last time. Here is a re-write one.
I am going to sell my existing 3-room HDB flat which I bought from HDB directly and living for 5 years. After sell it , I will have $85k CPF and $190K cash totally. The total amount can be used to buy HDB or condo. The income of my wife and me is $7000/mth. I would like to buy a 4-room HDB flat at CCK for investment and condo for living. My questions are 1. Which one I should buy first, HDB or condo? 2.If buy HDB first, we need at least $112k CPF in our CPF acc then the rest can be used to buy condo, am i right? 3. Can i apply loan from HDB for 4-romm flat if I use cash to buy it? 4. Which price level i can afford for condo? Thanks for your time and best regards Melvin
