Dear Guru, I intend to buy HDB flat but the problem is I'm under DRS(Debt Restructuring Scheme) which I'm not allowed to get any loan from the bank and I tried for HLE and they mentioned that I can't get any loan from them because of the salary does not meet requirements. currently, i'm divorced with two children and can you help me to find a solution on how to get any HDB loan or purchase HDB flat?
