Dear Guru,

I bough a HDB resale 3 rooms flat 18 months ago, during that time I was a PR and did not obtain any subsidies from HDB and the loan is from the Bank.

Now I am a citizen , am I eligible to apply a new flat from HDB ? If I buy from open market what kind of subsidy I can get from HDB ?

For my current unit am I still eligible to claim back the partial subsidy from HDB ?

Afternoon Eileen,

You have purchased your unit during Feb 2011, which is affected by the new ruling with 5 years MOP, regardless on loan status. As such, you are not eligible for any purchase till 3.5 years later.
