Dear GURU,

I am SPR and 33 years old. I have 3000SGD monthly income.I have almost no CPF but have 50,000SGD at bank account.
Am i eligible to buy 3 rooms resale flat? What shall i do next and how is the process?
Please advise.

Afternoon Adam,

Only SC are allowed to purchase HDB unit under single scheme. SPR are only allowed to purchase HDB unit, unless you are married.
However, with your current condition, it would also be tough to purchase a unit. With bank loan, you are required to down 20%, which will be around $64k. This excludes the COV and stamp fee.
