I am citizen and purchased a HDB 2 years ago. I am transferred to London on long term. Not sure when I will return back to Singapore (although I may visit Singapore few times in a year)

What is the possibility HDB approving my house to give on rent.

I am concern if HDB does not approve to give it on rent.
Can you please advice?

Afternoon Lew,

Upon producing documents for your overseas engagement, HDB will give special approval for rental. You can apply for 3 years rental period and renew much later. As per my experience, it's highly unlikely that HDB will reject your rental application.
