Dear guru, i am a PR and my wife PR she does not want to renew and she does not want to sign my spouse concert form then how can i sell the hdb resale flat. i am the sole owner. she is occupier and she files a divorce in india. please advice

Morning Lakshmin,

Being PR, you can only form proper family entity with your PR spouse. Since your spouse have no intention to renew her PR status, and is currently filing for divorce in India, it's only matter of time that you must sell your unit, either back to HDB or into the open market. I'm not sure how India ruling works but I'm sure you can request the court to instruction your spouse to sign the necessary documents for sales so as to facilitate the divorce.
