Dear Guru,

I am 28 years old from Indo, I just got my PR status, I am single, I would like to check if I can buy a resale HDB on my own. Or can I combine with another friend also an indo PR, both of us are single.
I currently have S$200k cash, can I take any loan from HDB?

I am sorry to inform that you are not eligible to buy resale HDB, provided you are buying it together with your husband who is also a PR.

For your case, maybe you like to look into buying of a private property instead and yes you can borrow from banks.
