Dear Guru, how long does it takes to process OTP and flat valuation ?

Standard HDB Option Period = 3 weeks
Valuation report will typical be ready within 5 working days from date of valuation inspection.

Generally valuation outcome takes about 10 days, and buyers have 21 day period to decide whether to exercise the OTP. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
