Dear Guru,

Currently I am looking for a 5 room flat at D25 vicinity. I was a SPR but now a proud Sporean but still holding on to a property in M'sia (purchased before converted to Sporean). My questions are,

1) Base on my 'situation' above, can I get a loan from HDB?

2) How would HDB know whether you have any HDB at overseas or not if not reveal?
