Dear Friends, my name was inserted into current flat (after enblock) to shoulder the outstanding loan still owed by my parents. If I now intend to apply for BTO with my wife and also sell current flat, do I need to pay any levy and entitled married grant for the BTO? Assuming I succeed in getting one, though slim.

Afternoon,

The general answer is yes. As you have enjoyed one time subsidized unit, you need to pay levy when you apply for the next subsidized unit. You will need to write in and request for grant for your wife, who happens to be first timer.
