Dear Experts, wish to know if it is still possible for me who is a 3rd owner of a HDB flat (parents being the other owners) and my wife who is a 2nd owner of her own flat (1st owner my father in law), apply for BTO? Reason being, we want to remove our names from our existing homes and upgrade to a new 5rm or EA in Sengkang rather than pay high COV if purchase resale. Is it possible?
