Dear experts,

Typically, how many times do clients view a particular HDB flat before putting down a $1k deposit on that flat? Once, twice or more?

Hi,

Based on my experience, there is no hard and fast rule. But generally, for HDB, if they like a particular unit, the deal will normally be sealed on the spot. This is mainly due to the high demand for HDB flats and unlike private residential, HDB flats has a higher turnover.

if you are ready with hle or loi fm bank especially if u like the hse at first sight, the risk is $1k...otherwise, you may miss it
