Dear Experts
My husband and I are waiting for our BTO flat in Dawson to be ready by 2015. This is a nice development and we managed to secure a very high floor and nice loft unit.
Unfortunately,I am considering a divorce. My question is, what would happen to this BTO flat? We have paid the 5% deposit via CPF....
1) Is the money refundable to our cpf (a little if not all)
2) is there anyway to still get this unit even with the divorce? It is quite a pity to loose such a nice flat and currently I do not have my own place to stay. I am renting. I have no children. Will HDB side with me?

1) is there any way to go around this so that we will not lose this house (from an investment point of view)
Example: If we stay married but seperate just to keep the house and sell it off after 5 years....can we get a lawyer to draft out an agreement that we will split 50-50 after the same? (Is this even legal)?
