Dear experts, I'd like to enquire before buying a HDB resale flat. I am a singaporean and my wife recently became a SPR. I would like to know if it is possible for me and my wife together with my brother who is single and below 35 to purchase a HDB resale flat together? As he will be able to assist us for the CPF in ordinary account and to chip in for the downpayment. Also, is it possible for us to get a HDB loan instead of a bank loan? Thanks, Danny
