My advice for investment property is to buy within your means, dont over-leverage with the loan, and hold the property until the price is good to sell. There is no point, and many sleepless nights, trying to time the market.

There are several new launches in the areas you are eyeing within the next month. Do keep a lookout. Once the details are confirmed, agents will swarm propertyguru with advertisements.
