Dear Experts, I am currently in the process of buying my ex's share (part-share) of the house together with my husband. We can't go forward with the process because my ex is unable to pay back $20K for his CPF refund althou appeal has been made to CPF board n MP. Is there any other way we can approach this without resorting to selling the house? Can the court order be changed to include that the CPF monies need not be refunded? Thanks!
