Dear Expert,
When buyer (hdb resales) has no representing agent, it is not difficult to exercise option herself right?

May I ask for pg 9 of the option, when must it be completed and it should be done in the presence of seller, seller's agent and buyer right?

1) You can even defend yourself in court without a lawyer!
2) Therefore you are right that it is not difficult to exercise OTP by the buyer herself.
3) Page 9 should be discussed even before the OTP is signed and offered to the buyer.
4) This is part of the whole negotiation. Make sure all negotiation is completed before money change hand and signing any legal document.

If you are the seller, then no issue and simply check with your agent will do. And if you are a DIY buyer, then simply check with the seller agent will do.
