Hi,

1) I'm not sure whether you had provide accurate information regarding your intent to buy a resale HDB flat.
2) If you had sold your private in Nov 2020. You only need to meet 15 months waiting period before eligible to buy a resale HDB flat.
3) Therefore you already met the condition spelled by the latest cooling measure. In other words, the latest cooling measure does not affect your purchase.
4) If you only sold your private in Nov 2021 (type error). You will be eligible to buy a resale flat after Feb 2023 which is 4.5 months away.
5) You may appeal to the HDB during this waiting period. This is currently dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
6) We will need to understand your conditions in order to tailor a strong appeal.

Hi,

If you are referring to HDB resale purchase, it will only be for a 15 month period, which would have elapsed since your private property was sold in Nov 2020. Hence you are eligible to purchase and need not appeal.
