Dear any expert..,
I bought a flat from HDB on 2009 under BTO.
HDB mentioned : "The Probable Completion Date of your new flat is 1st Quarter 2012. HDB will invite you to take possession of the flat when the construction of the flat is completed." and "Probable Completion Date (PCD):(Estimated date of completion of construction of the flat) 1st Quarter 2012
Delivery Possession Date (DPD):
(Date HDB is required under the Agreement of Lease to deliver possession of flat) 30 Apr 2013."
My Question: When can i own the flat ,anybody can guess roughly base your experiences?
( I mean around which month,year.)

Evening Berry,

It's hard to really predict the date of your key collection, as the global economy will also contribute to delay of the completion. All I can say is that once you receive a letter from HDB, asking for your proof of income documentation, you will most likely be able to collect your keys 3 to 4 months from then.

Hi, you may login with your Singpass into HDB account and check the status of new flat. The date of completion is usually an estimation and it could be much earlier.

    Hi dear,
    I have checked the date of completion , it is 4th quarter of 2011. But date of possession is remain unchanged, Apr 2013.So when can i own my flat (approx)?
