Dear all.

NUOVO prices are at S$680psft and seems a lot of buyer love NUOVO and they are going through a painting exercise from what I can see from the main road. Am I correct to say that the prices will be higher since the repainting going to complete in May 2010 ? Seems that most of the buyer go for units not facing the MRT track and the main road as these units are very noisy and dusty also.
