Dear all, may I know if the private property is only under my own name, can my wife (SC but not a co-owner of the property) also pay for it using her CPF? Meaning, both of us will use our CPF to pay for the bank loan. Allowed?

Hi,

She has to be the owner of the property before she can use cpf to finance it. Thanks and hope to assist further.
