Dear all, I have recently applied for a 4 room in the Jan BTO launch (punggol) as a first timer. My fiancee has worked for the past 1.5 years while I am finishing my degree in May before starting work. However, our HLE application was turned down due to 'credit worthiness'. Will like to find out if there is any chance an appeal to HDB regarding this rejection will be of any use? Or if not, is there any other way we can seek alternate financing? (I understand that if our HLE is turned down, its unlikely banks will approve a housing loan)
