Dear All,
I have couple of questions regarding buying of HDB House.
1. I recently got to know that Sellers are demanding high COV. I got the information that for a 4 Room flat i need to arrange around 100K cash. First thing is my CPF has not much fund since i am Second Year PR and secondly Now a days Bank provides only 80% of House Loan. My question here is how one can arrange a cash of around 100K. I may be asking stupid question but you all must be knowing about some ideas. One could be taking Personal Loan or someone guided me about the Credit Card ..... I am not sure about this. Please guide me.
All over i am a buyer looking for 4Room HDB.
Please guide me about generating money for the COV.
