Dear All, I found that some of the HDB units only can resale to Singaporean or Malaysian PR. If I bought those units, is that mean that in the future I also need to resale to the same categories of buyer? Please Advice.

Morning Desmond,

The ethnic and SPR restriction for purchaser differ month to month, depending on the transaction that have taken place within the block. Even you were to purchase a unit that's open to all purchasers does mean that this will remain the same when you want to sell your unit 5 years down the road.
