Dear all, I am helping a buyer to find a land with size 10000 sqft to built a temple at north east area, within walking distance to amenities, bus stop, Mrt, if got any match?, please do let me know.

Hi, What is your client budget.

I have a land at 8450sf but frontage only about 17-20meter, near Kovan MRT.

Asking at $6.5M. $6M can close. But then the land
is presently for Residential use. Change of use need to seek approval. Right now beside is a dormant temple and opps there is another temple too.
