Dear All, For a household gross income about 6k. what is the max amount of loan we can get? Will it be the same loan amount for all the banks? Thanks

Hi Mr Nah, Assuming that (1) this is your first house purchase (2) you do not have any monthly loan commitments (3) you are able to get full 30 years loan , you can loan up to $800k and the budget of your house can be stretched to approximately $1 million.
