Dear Agts, Me and my wife combined CPF ordinary account is about 170K. Im earning 2.8K and my Mrs about 2K. We are looking for a 5 room flat in Tampines. However I have taken 2 concessionary HDB loan under my name before. Can we get another HDB loan without any concessionary interest rate? Can we appeal to HDB if application is rejected and under what basis should the appeal be? We are really serious about buying a unit in Tampines at a reasonable price.
