Dear Agents, Under the Non citizen spouse scheme, the foreign spouse must have a long term visit pass or work pass with at least 6 months validity (for citizen with age below 35), does the 6 months validity refer to the remaining validity period at the time when submitting purchase application to HDB or does it refer to the validity of the pass from issue date to expiry date? My personal case: spouse is holding student pass, issued in Jan 2009, expires in Jan 2014, if I want to submit purchase application in Sep 2013 (5 months to expiry of student pass), are we eligible to buy? Thanks.
