Dear agents,
I'm an SC divorcee / 2nd timer and looking to purchase an HDB resale flat for the 2nd time with my LTVP mother, will there be any grant available for me since I've used up my 1st timer with my previous BTO purchase with my ex-partner?
Also, I'm thinking of applying for PR for my mom. If she does get PR and we apply for BTO, would our application be considered 1st timer, and are there any grants available?
I'm looking to hearing your opinions on this and which option should I go for. Getting a resale flat or waiting for her PR to try the sale of the balance flat application? And does she need to stay in the flat or can she live oversea as long as her name is in the application as an occupier?
