Dear agents, i saw a unit on the top floor of a 30+years HDB flat and is keen to buy it but many ppl told me that is usually very hot on the top floor and there may be water tank leakage. Is this true on old HDB flats ? Any advise from you guys ?

if there is a water tank or additional structure on that unit..it will help to reduce the heat..
