I am a Singapore PR, living here in Singapore for the last 10 years. And SPR since 7 years. My wife and son live in India, I live here in Singapore. Although we are married we are seperated (NOT BY COURT), we are still Married under the Marrage Act. My question,
1. Can I avail a HDB resale unit even though my family is not here.
2. I am earning $44500.00 PA will that be ok for me to get a bank loan.
3. I seek a 3 Room HDB (Hougang Ave 8 or Sengkang)
4. I have a car on Loan, will that be a problem to get loan?

Kindly advice.

Afternoon Kimi,

Being a SPR, to purchase a HDB flat, your spouse must hold long term visitor's pass, as a minimum.
As this requirement is not attain, you are not eligible to buy a HDB flat.

Good Afternoon Kimi,
Even though you are a SPR, you need to have a family with valid passes to form a family nucleus to eligible for resale flat purchase.
Therefore you are not covered under the minimum requirements.
