Hi,

Resale levy is not included in the CPF utilized+accrued interest line figure in the statement. It is an amount to be payable from your hdb sale proceeds, using cash only. Hence it will be 45k should you decide to take up a 3rm BTO.

To avoid this you may want to go for a resale HDB instead. Thanks and hope to discuss about your housing plans further and have the opportunity to value-add.

Since your current unit was purchased with grant, the BTO unit will be consider as your second subsidized unit. Hence levy of $45k will be payable in cash, should you opt to purchase the BTO unit.
