Hi,

You will have to enquire with the hdb branch on this transfer of ownership eligibility, and your brother needs to have finances ready to take over the bank loan plus refund your cpf utilized + accrued interest.

Is your brother eligible to co-own this unit and also takeover the finances, including refunding the CPF monies that you have used to finance this HDB including the accrued interest? If he is and is willing to take over, you can visit HDB branch office together to get the approval.
