currently my parents and i are under joint in tenancy..can i remove my name so i can buy a hdb flat as i am living with in laws now.can my sister took over my place while her cpf not enough to repay my cpf refund

Morning AJ,

You would need to consider on your sister's income status, the outstanding loan and how much you have used to pay for the unit. With this factors put into consideration, will you be able to get a clearer picture.

Hi AJ,

You can remove your name and put it under your parents name as long as the CPF refund from your parents is enough to cover your share. The matters concerns how much CPF funds have you paid. This is to prevent you from taking money out of the CPF prematurely. Same goes for your sis.
