Currently im staying with my mum, both of us is the owner of the house. I got a new flat recently with my wife. Do I need to sell of the current house and pay levy for the new house

Afternoon,

Did you purchase the unit using HDB grant or was it under SBL? If so, you are require to perform a part sales of the unit to your mum. The current issue is: is your mother financially able to purchase the unit? You are then also required to pay the levy.
