If you inherit your parent's unit as administrator or executor, you are not considered as the owner of the unit. However, this case can only exist if both your parents have passed on.

On the other hand, if you inherit the unit where you are required to proceed with legal documents on change of ownership, I'm afraid you might be required to sell away either one.
