Currently I own a condo and want to check if I can buy a HDB after 5 years of holding on to a condo ? I plan to stay in HDB and rent out the condo once I buy a HDB apartment. Is there a MOP for condos if I want to buy a HDB?

Yes, Zhi Wei is correct. It also means that if you are buying a HDB, you will need to dispose your PTE Condo within 6months base on your exercise date of the new purchase of HDB.
