Currently I am a joint-tenant with my mother since 2014. So me and my fiance are considering to buy over that house. I believe there'll be resale levy on my part. So what's the process like for me to buy over the house?

do check with your hdb branch office to weigh which options will be best for your family.

There will not be any resale levy payable, as you did not get a second "subsidized housing" via this transfer. You could approach HDB branch office to request to add your fiance's name to the flat, and at the same time to remove your Mother's name from it.

Do take note that if your Mother had utilised any CPF for the flat, you will need to refund it back to her CPF.
