Asked by Mr. kelvin chua
Currently going through a divorce and waiting for mop to sell my current matrimonial flat.
This is my 2nd time divorce and previously also disposed of a bto so this time is my 2nd bto that I'm selling.
And after selling the flat I'll be getting married with my current non-sc girlfriend.
Question is what options will be available for me adter selling this 2nd bto?
Only resale and private property? Any Rental scheme from hdb?
Able to apply for bto again if I get married with my current non-sc girlfriend?
As for loan is it only bank loan as I have taken 2 hdb loans before and grant.
I keed to plan my options early as having a place to stay is important in the case that I get married again.
Custody of my child will be under my ex wife most probably.
I have cpf if about 120k to 130k.
Cash 0 but will be able to save up.
Monthly income about 6k self employed no cpf contribution.
Expenses and loan 3k. So saving is min. 2k to 3k
Hope you cna give me some ideas for my case. Thanks.
