Current ownership with two name of HDB flat but would like to transfer name to one ownership. one party would like to give the share to his wife only

Evening Rohana,

Married couple are seen as one entity, hence both must have ownership of the HDB unit, as it's purchase under Public scheme. Ownership of 99% against 1% ownership must be maintained at all time.
