Unfortunately no, your husband and your name should form the family nucleus for any HDB flat, minimally 1 of you has to be the essential occupier, if not joint owners.

Dear Mdm,

Unfortunately no, as HDB requires a family nucleus of married couple to apply, so you need to include your husband's name. You can purchase private property together with your daughter in joint name ownership no issue, or under your sole name also possible.

Yes, it is possible if your husband has met his MOP, and that both of you had not gotten 2 times subsidized housing.

Do take note that your husband will be required to be named as the essential occupier of the BTO application. This means that he will need to dispose off the current HDB flat latest within 6 months upon the collection of keys to your new BTO flat. All of you will also need to serve a fresh 5 year MOP (10 years if it's under Plus or Prime) for the new BTO flat.

Good day to you,

Married couples are considered as an entity hence you will not be eligible to apply for BTO with your daughter. You can look into getting private property with your daughter, if MOP has been fulfilled.

Hi,

Even though the current HDB flat is under your husband's name, HDB requires a family nucleus of married couple to be together in a HDB application.

If you want to apply a BTO with your daughter, your husband's name has to be in. He will have to sell his current HDB when the keys to the new BTO flat is ready for collection.

Alternatively, you can purchase private property together with your daughter in joint name, or under your sole name also possible if your husband has reached the 5-year MOP.
